To add a direct link to Nerac’s Customer Access from your Windows desktop, follow these easy steps:

1. Click on add Nerac.com icon. If you did not check “remember my log on information” when you logged on to Customer Access, you will be required to add your information and check this box.
2. When you are prompted with “Do you want to run or save this file?” choose “Run.”
3. Certain browsers will display a standard warning message “The publisher could not be verified”. Click “Run” to continue running the program and ignore these warnings. Your icon will appear automatically on your desktop.
4. If you get a message stating that “you do not have sufficient rights to run this application”, you may need to call your IT staff and have them run it for you.

If you wish to disable this feature, just use the standard Log On button in the upper right corner and uncheck “remember my log on information” from the log on screen.
