Mr. Bouley, who has spent his entire career at Nerac, worked in sales and various accounting positions for seven years before being promoted to Vice President in 1987. Since then, he has been acquiring, developing and honing the skills that have made him an effective leader.

A Connecticut native, Mr. Bouley holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut. He serves on the University of Connecticut School of Engineering Advisory Board, the University of Connecticut School of Business Advisory Cabinet. He has served on the boards of the Connecticut Technology Council and the Connecticut Business and Industry Association. He is past president of the Association of Information and Dissemination Centers, and past president of the National Federation of Advanced Information Services and served on the Board of the International Council for Scientific and Technical Information.

In 2007 he received the University of Connecticut Alumni Association Service Award. In 2010, he was inducted into the University of Connecticut School of Engineering Academy of Distinguished Engineers, and in 2014 he was inducted into the School of Business Hall of Fame.

Since acquiring the company in 1999, President and CEO Kevin Bouley has guided several key transformations in the service offering and is a primary architect of Nerac’s business model evolution.
