Minh Han, MD, FAAFP
“As a family practice physician, I have used medical devices and referred patients across a broad range of clinical indications. Because of this, my focus on writing any regulatory document is how does it help the patient.”
Dr. Minh Han is part of the medical device regulatory team at Nerac evaluating clinical literature, drafting clinical evaluation plans (CEPs), and preparing clinical evaluation reports (CERs), with a particular focus on State of the Art.
Minh has a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Rice University and a M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine. After completing a residency in Family Practice in Roanoke, VA, Minh joined his step-father in private practice in Manchester, CT. Minh was in clinical primary care medicine for 16 years, during which time he served as an Assistant Clinical Professor for UConn School of Medicine, a Board member of ProHealth Physicians, and the pediatric medical director for the Express Care at ProHealth Physicians of Manchester. He also participated in and led almost two dozen medical relief trips around the world, gaining an understanding of international medical systems and the needs of patients in developing countries.
